As many of you know I will not be returning to Alabama after my trip. It’s hard to leave the place you’ve known as home for four years; but it’s even harder to leave not knowing when you’ll be back. The Lord has been teaching me a lot in this in between season. He’s shown me how important it is to have real faith in that he will provide the funds. He will give me clarity on where I belong when I return, in his own timing.

I truly believe the Lord will put you in waiting seasons to grow you for the next step in life. So as I close this chapter I am humbled and so ready to be walking into the next with the Lord by my side. The unknown is something I can’t see but what is there to fear when the Creature of the Universe is on your side walking before you. I know He would not put this calling on my heart to not see me through it. So I will trust the funds will come in his perfect timing. I will trust in him alone.

Please pray for me, and if you would like to donate you can send a check to World Race or donate on my profile!

  1. Mer I’m so proud of you. Learning to fall in faith never gets any easier but somehow trust seems to grow and the next adventure a chance to trust again. You’re an amazing woman I’m so glad I get to call you friend and sister

  2. I am so proud of you for following your calling! I can not wait to hear about all the people you touch with the word of God! I love you and pray for you everyday!

  3. Our Dear Granddaughter,
The wonderful attribute of real love is that it follows you everywhere you go. The Lord’s love for you is like that and our love for you is like that. In Ephesians 6:18 Paul reminds us to “stay alert and be persistent in our prayers for all believers everywhere.” Sid and I and our family commit to pray for you and your team.
And Paul goes on to say “And pray for me too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the good news is for Jews and Gentiles alike.” We will pray for your boldness. ( however you already have this attribute as a God given gift)!

  4. I’m so proud of you MJ. Your step of faith is so encouraging and inspiring. I can’t wait to see how God used you and hear all about it ??
