officially out of sleeps and time.

debrief was filed with so much thankfulness, looking back on the good times and what Gods done in our life’s. not to mention, killer karaoke, spike-ball, destroying in flag football, murder in the dark and a final friends-giving! shedding a couple more tears and sharing laughs before we all go off to board our own flights and split paths.

every goodbye i’ve had to say in my life i thought there was never gonna be one as hard but this one takes the cake. this one is the hardest i’ll ever say. i dont want to leave these people. i dont want to say goodbye to my fellowship with them. My sisters and brothers in Christ. after walking through life with these girls in this short season i couldn’t imagine my life without them. they truly loved first like Jesus did, they fought for me when i couldnt, and they chose to love me everyday. they taught me what fellowship and community is suppose to be and how as believers we need it. being consumed in a community will wake a hunger you have for it you didn’t even know you needed. sharing the same unique experience no one else could understand, bonds you tight. sharing jokes, tears, and day to day life, they become family. i dont want to leave my family, but i’m thankful for the season i had them for. this season of life will always hold a huge chunk of my heart.  i think of how scary it was to leave behind my life in Alabama but leaving knowing the Lord had better for me. meeting this girls watching Him work in me and the ministry’s i was at, seeing that God really did have better for me. so it’s bitter sweet to leave but i know i’m going into better again. ready to go into the unknown, ready to see all that it holds. having a few really exciting stuff for this next year that’ll come quick!

sad to say goodbye but ready to see what the next season holds. also of course ready to see the fam, and especially flynn!!

so see you later blog, thank you for everyone that came along side me in this journey, hoping you’ll come along for the next one soon to come!

love y’all!!

  1. Well Mercy is back home, to our house, we are all glad, she is a joy like her name that God gave us Mercy Joy, and she shared God’s Mercy with the Lost and Loved by Christ these months. Yes Flynn was really glad! We took her into the airport and when she realized this was her Mercy she went nuts licking her face. We are grateful for Jesus and glad for how He used her! Love you Mercy Joy! Dad

  2. Mercy, I am glad that you had this life changing opportunity!! Can’t wait to hear about your next journey. Be blessed always!
